Oh. Lavender. One of our favourites. One of our friend uses this Lavender oil when she gives us foot massages. We use Neroli in the atomiser and Lavender in the massage oil. Heavenly!

… these essential oils are a game changer for me! Normally, scents will give me an instant migraine. But not these oils. I took a gamble, and, now I’m convinced of the difference between QUALITY essential oils vs. others which have chemicals, etc. We now have a collection of about 20+ Katonicals. Every night (for years!) I’ve been our Director of Ambiance, lighting candles and setting the mood, etc. but now it’s been candles AND essential oils. Every night! I’ve also discovered my own (?) personal cologne … taking my boring beard oil and adding 3-4 drops of Katonical frankincense oil. Oh my. I haven’t been able to wear cologne ever since my migraines started. Now … hey … I just smell GREAT!

This oil stunning - a lovely citrus scent that really wakes up the senses. Some morning when I'm in need of an energy boost - I will put a few drops of Lemon in a little carrier oil, rub my hands together and inhale the lemon scent. Better than any cup of coffee!
