3. Purchasing

Browse our store and add any items you wish to buy to your shopping cart. After finishing your selection, click "Checkout" and provide the details we need to complete your order. When you click "Purchase," you are offering to buy the goods at the prices indicated, including any applicable delivery charges. All orders are subject to these Terms.If your order is accepted, you will be notified shortly after you submit it.Under Irish law, when buying goods or services online, you are entering a legally binding contract and are protected by applicable online consumer rights, including the EU Distance Selling Directive (S.I. 207 of 2001). Persons attempting fraudulent transactions will be prosecuted accordingly.We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

• There is insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered.
• We cannot arrange delivery to your area.
• One or more of the goods ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to an error.

If we cancel your order, we will notify you by email and refund any sum deducted as soon as possible. We are not obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

4. Pricing

All prices for products and delivery are quoted in EUR or GBP depending on your delivery destination. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.
We have made every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your device's display will represent color accurately.

5. Payment

You can pay by credit/debit card or Shopify Payments, via Stripe, or via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by card through PayPal. All payment processing is handled by our payment partners using industry-standard SSL encryption to minimise the risk of unauthorized access or disclosure.
Your card details are never visible to Kotanical and are not stored on our systems. Please do not send card details to us by email, as email is not a secure method of communication.
AJ Growth Ventures LTD retains title and ownership of goods until full payment has been received and cleared. We reserve the right to decline any order; where this happens, any payment taken will be refunded.

6. Products, Allergies & Advice

All products sold by Kotanical contain organic ingredients and a small percentage of non-organic ingredients. They are made in small batches by hand, in compliance with good manufacturing practice, and have been tested in line with applicable EU directives.

People with nut allergies or sensitive skin should carry out a simple skin test before use to check for a reaction to natural ingredients. Our products do not claim to cure any specific condition — please seek professional medical advice for underlying conditions. Information provided on our products, marketing material, and website is not intended to replace medical opinion.

7. Delivery

8. Amendments & Cancellations

If you wish to amend your order after placing it, contact us at team@kotanical.ie and we'll be happy to help at no extra charge — but only if we receive your new instructions before your order has been dispatched. We can confirm whether this is still possible.

9. Damaged Goods & Returns

10. Discount Codes

• Multiple discounts cannot be stacked on the same order.
• Discounts cannot be applied to past orders.
• No returns are accepted on sale items purchased using a discount.
